We need to set specific sales targets.

This means we need to know how many sales we want to achieve in a certain period of time.

This target must be realistic and india phone data achievable based on historical data and market potential.

For example, we sell clothing and accessories.

Our target for this quarter is RM50,000.

We can break down these targets by campaign, sales channel, and product:

Hari Raya Campaign : RM20,000 with a focus on baju kurung and baju Melayu.
Sales channel : RM15,000 through our website and marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada or Tiktok.
Accessory Products : RM10,000 from the sale of headscarves and Malay dress buttons.
Monthly Promotion : RM5,000 from sales conducted every month.
With a clear breakdown of targets, we can plan a more focused marketing and sales strategy.

We can also adjust these targets based on current performance and market trends.

Once the target has been set, we need to ensure that all sales and marketing teams understand this goal and work together to achieve it.

With this first step, we have already laid a solid foundation to achieve the desired sales target.
