Another aspect that will undergo changes is the staff. “We are investing in hiring our sales team in strategically mapped regions, as well as training our inside sales team . We are also considering increasing our support team, all to ensure quality of service,” says Marchetti.

This stance is reflected in the company's positioning in the market. "We know that the Revenda Mais system represents very little compared to the expenses of a vehicle dealership . At the same time, we are aware of the real situation in the country and we have done everything possible to help our customers, with payment installments, plan adjustments and other individualized solutions, considering each case individually," he says.
