We already talked about this as essential, but at this point I want to reinforce that since 2014, we at RD Station have been talking and following sales managers from the most diverse markets, industries, sizes and seniority on a daily basis, to try to understand what sales methods work and what doesn't work for sales leaders.
After talking to thousands of people, we realized that there is a pattern of actions among those who have an efficient and productive team , different from those who consider sales as an activity for which you must have luck and the "gift of persuasion."
