Only NS record types are provided. We do not provide A-, CNAME- or other records. If you cannot provide these yourself, please contact your hosting support. If your host does not provide NS records, you will need to change your host.

If you add NS records for the primary domain, for example (2nd level domain), you will not be able to make any further changes to your domain and subdomains, because you are giving control over the domain and subdomains to Bitrix24 . In this case, the domain will be used only for the Bitrix24 account.

If you add NS records only for the subdomain, for germany phone number list free example (3rd level domain), Bitrix24 will manage only this subdomain, without affecting the main 2nd level domain ( ) and other subdomains ( , etc.). In this case, you will be able to use the main domain and subdomains for your other projects. test.tldshop.test.tld

IMPORTANCE: Use Namecheap, Godaddy, Cloudflare and internet.bs domain registrars to edit NS records for 3rd level subdomains.

2- Contact Bitrix24 support. Only your Bitrix24 administrator can do this.

3- Provide the full name of your own domain that you are migrating to. Provide proof of changes made to the NS records. This may be a screenshot of your domain's DNS zone editor.

Rename Bitrix24 domain
IMPORTANT: Renaming the 3rd level domain – *.bitrix24.* , for example from example.bitrix24.com to test.bitrix24.com is only possible for Standard, Professional and Enterprise plan users (except Standard and Professional archived plans).

You can rename the 3-level *.bitrix24.* domain name, for example, from .bitrix24.com to .bitrix24.com for testing.

To change the domain, the Bitrix24 administrator must create a request to technical support and specify the old domain name and the new domain name.
