Power of Black
Almost every website design incorporates the strongest of neutrals into its palette in one way or another.
Black can adapt to any characteristic, depending on the complementary colors. Or dominate them all if used in excess. A familiar, neutral black font can be used for long blocks of text, and as a primary color it brings sophistication and refinement.
In creating the design for the Flash Forward photo agency website, we relied on the client’s wishes – stylish, concise and informative. The resulting color scheme is definitely stylish and concise. As an additional color to black, we chose a sharp red, which is great for placing accents. For the job search website, we chose deep black and dark gray as the main background, placing accents with bright yellow and orange strokes.
