Meet the Prime Care cell

Now that you know a little more about customer integration and maintenance strategies, let's introduce you to Prime Care, Global's cell for adapting new customers to our base.

When a client signs with Global, they are directed to a specialized team, which will have all its focus focused solely on their needs and on obtaining a more in-depth understanding of their pain points.

This is how we learn, for example, which of our clients' debtors communicate belize phone number list frequently through a specific channel, such as WhatsApp or email, the times they are most likely to respond, etc.

This allows our team to analyze data, develop strategies and plan based on these results. This cell lasts about 6 months and the team is made up of approximately 10 professionals from different segments and experience levels, so that we can offer differentiated and more personalized insights.

After this 6-month period, the person remains in the ongoing team under the responsibility of our CS (Customer Success) team, until being transferred to our segmented operation, which specifically takes care of companies in the same sector.
