Decide
An architect must be able to make decisions and guide a project or an entire organization in the right direction.
Know what is more important : Learn only what is important.
Prioritize : Always consider prioritizing every decision to be taken. There are various ways to do it. Take a look at the Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) model that is widely used in agile software development.
