Based on the results of the general meeting, a protocol is drawn up describing the decisions made and indicating those responsible for their implementation.

Then such information should be posted once a month until the completion of the enterprise reorganization procedure.

In addition, information on changes in the company's structure must be posted on the website fedresurs.ru. Such publication is carried out once within 3 days after the adoption of the relevant decision.

Preparation of documentation and its submission to the tax office

Within 3 months after the entry of the entry on the start of the enterprise reorganization in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it is necessary to prepare the following documentation:

Application for state registration (form P12016).

Company charter.

Obtaining confirmation from the tax office

Within 5 working days from the date of submission of the documentation, the fiscal service will send the company an e-mail with a record sheet in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and a copy of the constituent document with the corresponding mark.
