YouTube Fan Account Policies
To protect marketing personalities, brands, musicians and other creators from being impersonated by bad actors in the platform ecosystem, YouTube now requires fan channels to clearly disclose their identities.
Any channel that celebrates but is not operated by an original creator, artist, or entity must now "clearly indicate in your channel name or nickname that your channel does not represent the original creator, artist, or entity."
