From all of the above, it is clear that modern management has to solve many old and new problems in its work. What should a manager do for this? The answer is quite simple - it is necessary to evaluate your activities, which is one of the tasks of a top manager. Several centuries ago, a famous Frenchman said that a flock of sheep led by a lion can emerge victorious in a confrontation with a flock of kings of beasts led by a ram. A team charged with success cannot consist of uninitiative people, and without strong and successful management, it will be very difficult to solve problems to achieve the final goal.
