The concept of an offer

To accept an offer, it is necessary to express consent to all its essential terms. According to Article 432 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, these are:
Subject of the offer.
Information about the parties to the transaction.
Conditions that are essential according to the law. Thus, if we are talking about a lease, then the essential condition will be its term.
For each type of contract, the law establishes its own essential conditions, that is, those in the absence of which it cannot be considered concluded.
