Brugal Ron is launching today a new online advertising campaign linked to its platform “Compartiendo Santo Domingo”. The creativity of the campaign has been born from the content and structure of the brand’s own website, , which is a space where consumers and visitors can share their experiences, photographs, comments and visions about the island, and the Dominican Republic, more specifically.
In this sense, the page has been conceived to botim data become a Guide to the island created by the consumers themselves. This guide, with the aim of becoming the most comprehensive and complete guide on the island, is nourished by the real experiences of consumers in the Dominican Republic and the doubts, suggestions or curiosities of those who have not yet visited the island. All of this in the form of stories and/or photographs.
In addition, a new online management system will allow all material uploaded by consumers to the site to become the protagonist of the campaign, feeding it with the consumers' own experiences on the Caribbean island: anonymous photographs, like those anyone takes on holiday, which are placed creating a swirl around the Brugal shield and forming marine motifs on a cobalt blue sea (a boat, a turtle...). The pieces also encourage visits to the Brugal site through the announcement of monthly draws for a trip for 2 people to the Dominican Republic, the birthplace of Brugal Rum.
In short, it is an innovative campaign that will be present for three weeks on the media most suited to those who want to share their real experiences and experiences on the island, and to those who, without having been there, feel attracted to it and the stories that are generated around it.
