Tambov Oblast has entered the TOP-10 leading regions of Russia in terms of industrial production growth. The Head of the region, Maxim Egorov, announced this in his Telegram channel.
"Undoubtedly, this is the result of the joint, well-coordinated and long-term work of the government and business. I admit, it is nice to see such results that make us feel proud of our region. Comprehensive support for industrial enterprises in the region is a priority task for many years to come. We have done a lot, but much remains to be done, and I am sure that we will only increase the momentum we have gained," wrote Maxim Egorov, Head of the Tambov Region, in his Telegram channel.
As Maxim Egorov noted, jobs are currently being actively created in the region dentist database and modern technological processes are being mastered. At the same time, the salaries of in-demand categories of workers have increased by 60%. The region has formed a personnel requirement for blue-collar and engineering specialties for 2024 - 5 thousand people. The region also participates in various programs for the training of qualified specialists.
“We pay special attention to attracting additional funds from the federal budget. Over the two years of the Industrial Development Fund’s work, our enterprises have received support in the amount of more than half a billion rubles. For 2024-2025, we plan to triple the volume of investments. Working people are the greatest wealth of the Tambov region. I thank the workers of our industry for their persistent and conscientious work. Your bright minds and skillful hands help Russia move forward and make our region better,” wrote Maxim Egorov, Head of the Tambov Region, in his Telegram channel.
