The solution is all-in-one thanks to the many features offered by the tool concerning not only emailing and campaign routing but also results tracking, marketing automation, SMS Marketing, CRM and contact management. Despite all these features, the solution remains easy to understand for web marketing teams.
Good value for money . Brevo has an excellent value for money, allowing VSEs/SMEs to launch their first web marketing campaigns and test the tool in its free version to get to grips with its great features.
Disadvantages of Brevo Software
Restrictive email restrictions . The Brevo tool (formerly sendinblue ) has strong restrictions on email capture by placing the burden of validation on users. Brevo does not provide validation of the email addresses that your company collects and requires installing captchas on the site where the capture is carried out. These cumbersome measures are also what earn it the main negative reviews on Brevo.
A fairly limited customer service . As mentioned above, there are many ways to contact the Brevo teams (chat, ticket creation or email) however the quality of customer service depends on the offer subscribed to and only members of the premium offer have telephone assistance which is nevertheless very useful during technical problems requiring a quick response.
