From Staying to Discussing

Post by Bappy10 »

Every now and then I look at your well-visited, lively Facebook page. All sorts of things are shared: tips, recipes, experiences, opinions, photos and videos. It is nice to see how passionate people are about coffee. You announce the results of your research via your newsletter. This shows the popularity of the clinics. And the need of your customers to become an even better barista.

Who will be the best Barista?
Reason for you to announce a competition on Facebook: “who will be the best barista?” You organize a list to data competition and call on all your customers to participate. The winner has a chance to win a free slow coffee clinic at his or her home for ten people. The condition for participation is that you get ten Facebook friends to be present at the competition. The public can taste the performances of the candidates and give their opinion.

Good action!

After the competition, Facebook was flooded with great reactions to the photos. Everyone was talking about it. It was a good action, even though I didn't win. In the end, there were twenty candidates and two hundred attendees who came into contact with Barista Italia in a fun way. Many are now on your mailing list and some are now your customers.
