Disadvantages of the new layout

Sections for more control
The new layout gives you much more control over what your channel visitors see. Sections let you group videos together, like the latest uploads or likes, or you can create your own group using a playlist or tag. You can also choose how your videos are displayed, in a horizontal row or a vertical list (see image below). This gives you much more customization options. This way you can present your content in a clear and attractive way.

A disadvantage of the new layout is that the over/about section has been moved and is no longer visible on the 'home' of your list to data channel. But the new 'one minute trailer' that is visible on the home section makes up for a lot. Also the possibility to set your own background has unfortunately been removed.
Activate the new layout
