Analytics segments in November, here are six Google Analytics dashboards. Google Analytics offers the ability to create custom dashboards to create a relevant overview of all site data. The six dashboards I discuss can be added directly to your own account(s).
Within Google Analytics, everyone has the option to create personal dashboards. A Google dashboard can contain up to twelve (custom) widgets. The Google dashboard option is not new, but is underused, despite the fast and clear insights it creates.
All dashboards in this article are for a first draft. These dashboards are made based on the needs of some of my list to data clients. If it doesn’t fit your needs perfectly, all Google Analytics dashboards are easily customizable within Google Analytics after you import them. Don’t forget to share your custom dashboards with colleagues , because a dashboard is account-specific until you import it!
How does it work?
To add the dashboards to your own Google Analytics account, you can click on the download buttons below the dashboards. In order to properly split the branded and non-branded segments, a small adjustment needs to be made in some widgets within the dashboards. These requested adjustments can be recognized by the '*' sign in the widget title.
