In the domestic market, Telegram has long been not just a way to stay in touch with family and friends and monitor the latest news, but also a top sales tool.

So, without further ado, we present to your attention one of the most long-awaited NetHunt CRM integrations, the integration with Telegram .

Our team has been working hard to make this integration as feature-rich and useful as possible. Let's take a look at the important features this integration opens up for our CRM system users.

🔗 Connect your Telegram bot to NetHunt CRM and receive all messages sent to it directly into the CRM system.

To do this, you need to go to the “Chats” tab in the NetHunt CRM sidebar, click the “Connect chat” button, and enter the API token of your Telegram bot in the appropriate field.

If you use multiple bots, or your bot has a difficult-to-recognize/marketing name, we recommend changing the bot name display in the system to something else, so that it will be easier to identify the azerbaijan phone number list source of the contact in the database in the future. (All contacts you create from Telegram chats in NetHunt CRM will have a tag with this name.)

Once you connect your Telegram bot to NetHunt CRM, you will immediately have access to all conversations your bot participates in from the NetHunt CRM interface.

As soon as you receive a new message from a lead or client (new or one you’ve already communicated with on Telegram), the counter will change to indicate that you have a new unanswered message. This will help you stay on top of your message flow and ensure you don’t miss any potential deals:

By clicking on the "Chats" tab, you will see a log of all Telegram messages that your connected bot has received.

NetHunt CRM offers 5 customizable views to make it easier for you to navigate the flow of messages and chats:

All messages
Assigned to me
Not assigned

Additionally, you can also sort chats by Last Message Date and Creation Date; filter by user.

Communicate with leads and customers on Telegram without leaving NetHunt CRM.

As soon as you click on one of the chats in the list, the system will open a dialog window with that contact, where you can view the full message that came to the bot and reply to it. You have the option to format the message. As soon as you send a reply, the chat will be assigned to you.
