This is a requirement for authentication that combines the aforementioned SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
DMARC alignment is a mechanism that uses the results of SPF or DKIM authentication alone for the sending domain to perform further verification with DMARC for that domain.

Specifically, it checks whether the domain from which the email was sent matches the domain authenticated by SPF or DKIM
. SPF and DKIM are indeed authentication mechanisms to prevent spoofed emails, but they can only check what SPF and DKIM can verify.

This is a bit of a minor point, but if you are using an email albania mobile database delivery system, the envelope From domain is often the vendor's domain, and naturally does not match the sender domain. In other words, SPF does not align DMARC.

On the other hand, if the DKIM creator signature is used, it can be matched with the sending domain, i.e. DMARC alignment. As mentioned above, be sure to use the creator signature when setting up DKIM.

Support for one-click unsubscribe function
The one-click unsubscribe feature allows recipients to stop receiving emails by simply clicking on the text displayed in the email , without having to go to a website.

In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, in accordance with the " Law Concerning the Proper Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail " enacted in 2002 , requires the installation of an unsubscribe link in emails and newsletters sent for marketing purposes. The obligation to unsubscribe is not limited to Gmail sender guidelines, so it is a good idea to check in advance.

However, under the revised sender guidelines of February 2024, the provision of an unsubscribe link as required by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications does not apply, as the emphasis is on whether or not users can unsubscribe with one click.

Please note that when sending emails or newsletters for marketing purposes, you must include an unsubscribe link in the body of the email and also provide a one-click unsubscribe function.

Gmail recommends implementing List-Unsubscribe in the email header as a way to complete unsubscription within the email without jumping to a website. If you are using an email delivery system, the service provider will generally handle this and there is no need for you to take any action yourself.
