It was written by Martin White of Intranet Focus . White is an internationally recognized intranet expert from the very beginning.

Whether they have been in the profession for years, or have only just been made responsible for the intranet.

The book covers all the important intranet topics. The book is clearly structured, although sometimes topics are covered in places that I don't fully understand. For example, why is the section on personalization of the intranet included in the section on methods to elicit user requirements?
