Before the domain or URL to search

Post by armdrejoan »

Although Google says that there are not many matching results, in fact there are none. Because there are only 2 search results below, I have no idea what it is. Here, we can basically confirm that the website has not been indexed .

Let’s take the article from Teachify Blog as an example:

▼ If the webpage is indexed, you should search using " article title " and the exact same search results will appear below. (indexed)

▼ Use the " URL " to search directly, and you can get the same search results below. (indexed)

Just to remind you, sometimes, the " website" is included, but because the content is too new, the "webpage" has not been indexed yet.

▼ We use the “ new article title ” that was just published yesterday — “ How to increase the price of online courses? Master these 3 tricks and your course will sell like hotcakes no matter how expensive it is!》 to do the search.

Did you find it? The result shows " Is 2023 the right time to start online courses? Understand the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching at once》

Although you can search for articles on Teachify Blog, in terms of results, this article has not yet been included in Google's database.

Method 2: Add site:
Directly searching for titles and URLs is a simple and easy way, but it may still be a little inaccurate.
So if we want to be completely sure , we can use the official method provided by Google and use the "site:" syntax to query Google.

★ If you want to confirm whether your oman phone number list appears in Google index?
Use the syntax site:<your domain name> and search on Google.

【Note】site:→ There should be no space between site and the colon, and the colon should not be in full font.

▼ For example, the URL of Blog is and we use to search.
The corresponding results can be seen below. (stands for indexed)

★ If you want to confirm whether your web page appears in Google index?
Use the syntax site:<your webpage URL> and search on Google.

【Note】site:→ There should be no space between site and the colon, and the colon should not be in full font.

▼ For example, the URL of the Teachify Blog article is tips-for-upselling-your-online-course/, and we use “site:blog.teachify.tw/posts/tips-for-upselling-your-online-course” to search.

The following display shows that there are no search results. (Because the article is still very new, it has not been indexed yet)

Method 3: Confirm through Google Search Console
Google Search Console (GSC for short) is a free service platform provided by Google. It is an important tool for monitoring websites. You can treat it as your exclusive Google webmaster.
