Prioritization
You now know what you want to achieve, Where do you start and what can you only start working on in the future? To do this, you prioritize the social media objectives.

Determine which social media objectives for your company contribute to the business objectives. For example, out of the 9 objectives, 7 remain.
Based on the social opportunity, find out which of these 7 objectives are actually achievable in your market and for your product. You will then have 5 left, for example.
Some objectives are only achievable when the organization is ready for them. After all, how can you successfully engage in digital co-creation if you have never listened to your customers online? Fill in the 5 objectives that are feasible and useful for your company and market. Plot these 5 over the different phases. When is your organization ready to pursue which goal?
