Press Windowsthe key, type control panel in the search box, and then click Open from the list of options.

Select a category to view by , then click System and Security .


Click Windows Defender Firewall .

In the left pane, click Advanced settings to open the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security window .

Click "Inbound Rules" on the left panel.

Find the "Remote Desktop TCP-In" rule in the middle pane and make sure it allows RDP traffic on port 3389 .

Select it and check if it is disabled. If yes, click Enable Rule on the right panel.

Enable the ERROR_VC_DISCONNECTED rule

If you don't see the rule, click New Rule in the Actions section .

Select Port , then click Next .

Select TCP and enter 3389 as the cyprus telegram data port number, then click Next .

Select Allow the connection and click Next .

Select the profiles Domain , Private and Public according to your network configuration, then click Next .

Give the rule a name and click Finish .
