I can rely on my Facebook friends. While I was writing this post, I started a small survey about Facebook groups. Below are some examples. You can find the complete list with many interesting groups under my public Facebook post .

What is also interesting here is that there are few corporate groups, but many groups in which, for example, professional consultants from a wide range of disciplines - even from larger companies - help other members. This is also an excellent opportunity to use Facebook groups for your own business reputation. The private and hobby groups also provide very helpful insights into what group members find useful and valuable.

"My favorite group: Wine cellar clearance, because there are some very exciting wine treasures to discover there. Professionally: None, because I hardly do anything concrete from/with Facebook in my job. And then we used the group "Bloggers for Refugees" to mobilize and organize. The result was over 1,000 blog posts, articles in almost all major German print/online media, and to date around 150,000 euros in donations." ( Paul Huizing )

"1. One about vegan cooking.
2. + 3. None about sales. Various about personal training ( Elisabeth Heinemann )"

"For very practical reasons, the Facebook admin group is important to me professionally - as a FBAdmin: Because you get competent feedback there even on the most difficult questions about the FB dashboard." ( Frank Krings )

"After seminars, it often turns out that participants want to stay instagram data connected in their own Facebook group. I always join in here because the most exciting questions always arise after a training session. These very small groups are very important to me. Otherwise, my priorities change depending on the topic that is particularly important to me at the time." ( Susanne Westphal )

"Three groups that are both popular and relevant to my career: the BLOGST network, Digital Media Women and Everything About Instagram. Nowhere else on Facebook do I experience such an open, constructive and critical exchange on topics that are relevant to me (professionally). All of this on a scale that is nevertheless self-regulating and gives old hands as much space to develop as rookies to ask questions and discuss." ( Daniel Rehn )

"Favorite groups: The "Lovely Business Ladies" and " #ichbinhier ". Because although both are completely different, they are open and honest. In the LBL, the exchange is smaller, more private and always characterized by mutual support and love for what is being done. In #ichbinhier, it is always about very controversial topics, but they still try to focus on the commonalities and respect. Professionally, I benefit most from the Digital Media Women, the LBL and smaller, regional groups." ( Julia Schönborn )
