Case 5.
Client. A manufacturing company that sells goods through more than 500 intermediaries. The interaction system includes a main website (manufacturer's website) and dealer websites.

Problem: Centralize the product range, create a single catalog on the manufacturer's website, and set up a sales analytics system.


Our actions
Strategy development (2 months). We delved into the analytics of our client's business processes, the market, logistics features, sales, and the work of retail outlets.
Website development (8 months). We have created a system for "straightening" the range, with the help of which it is possible to unify and upload the entire product catalog to the website. Each dealer receives a personal account that links the plant, dealer, sub-dealers and end customers.
Setting up a telephone analytics system and CRM:
