2. Use the full potential of preview text

Post by zihadhasan010 »

If you use an automation tool, you may be able to include a short text immediately after the subject of the email.

This space is known as:

Preview text ;
Preheader ;
Or support text.
This is a great way to maintain the suspense of your message while also giving your readers a second chance to open your email.

But be careful! Don't forget that the more characters your subject has, the less space your preview text will have .

So if your subject is very large, there is no point in using the support text, since it will not appear.

3. Create special dates and actions
Easter, Mother's Day, Black Friday , Christmas, New Year's Day... The list of commemorative dates is endless, and everyone already knows them.

So think outside the box and innovate. Celebrate different dates or create new ones especially for your audience.

For example, if your persona is a fan of a popular series, create a specific action to celebrate the day the pilot episode aired. Or better yet, celebrate a special date for one of the characters.

JK Rowling and Harry Potter fans are always commemorating the wizard's birthday and other occasions through social media.
