Hamburg chooses Hexagon to renew control centers for police and fire department

Hexagon's Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial Division announces that the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg has chosen HxGN OnCall solutions to modernize the situation-adapted control and dispatch of resources and the evaluation of operations in the fire and police control centers. This modernization, which is part of Hamburg's 'Renewal of the Fire and Police Control Centers ' - PERLE program, brings the latest technologies to Germany's second largest city.

HxGN OnCall Dispatch, Hexagon's industry-leading dispatch system solution, is also designed to further optimize cooperation between fire departments and police. The goal is to enable faster and more efficient deployment of emergency personnel and resources in emergency situations in the Hamburg city area.

Hamburg has also chosen HxGN OnCall Analytics to middle east gambling data enable the city to better evaluate the resource situation of the police and fire departments and thus achieve optimal allocation of resources. In addition to internal documentation , this solution enables the creation and evaluation of easy-to-understand reports and performance analyses.
