Design Thinking, a methodology to solve complex problems

Define the problem: Once we know the people for whom we are trying to solve the problem or need, we can focus our objective and detect where the areas of value and possible sources of conflict are.
Come up with possible solutions: This is the time to get out of our comfort zone and brainstorm possible solutions. This phase is based on carrying out brainstorming processes between people from different disciplines or departments. We are at a time when all ideas are valid and possible, no matter how crazy they may seem.
