After the giveaway launch
The contest can last several days: your job will be to never let the attention on the ongoing event wane. Mention it in some stories every day, especially towards its conclusion – program a reminder with a countdown – but be careful not to pester your audience by reminding them every 5 minutes that you have announced a giveaway. I've already talked about the importance of using a good hashtag in your giveaway post : you'll have to do a bit of research before choosing the right one. Collect the reference keywords in your sector, those used by the people you uses of physician database want to reach. Also take a look at your competitors: it will help you understand what works and will serve as inspiration.
