This is an important step! We need to train our team in selling skills more effectively!

Because if they don't master the basics of sales, how can they attract more customers?

Let's look at ways to train them to be salesmen!

1. Master Product Knowledge: The most basic thing is to make sure our team understands the products we sell.

Not just knowing the name, but what are the advantages, benefits, features and problems of our products.

If they don't understand, how can they sell with confidence?

2. Customer Closing Techniques: This is important, how to 'close' a sale effectively.

Let them know how to chat with customers.

Listen to what customers want, ask the right questions, and show interest in their problems.

This can make customers feel appreciated.
