Having the courage to try new things, face challenges, or make big decisions is not easy.
If we don't have courage, we sometimes miss out on great opportunities in life.
So, what can we do to be braver?
If you're too scared to take big steps, that's okay. Take small steps first . Every small step we take will make us feel more confident. For example, if we're scared of speaking in front of a crowd, start by speaking in front of friends first.
Identify what makes us afraid . Is it the fear of failure, the fear of loss, or the fear of being judged by others? Once we identify it, we can try to overcome those fears one by one.
