ANALYSIS THAT SUPPORTS TARGET

Is there a logic-based analysis to achieve the target? How do you think it is? No data, no target.. % breakdown number, how?

Not just looking at this month, but looking at comparisons between various periods.

For example, if we want to analyze sales, look at the comparison of last month, last year, and so on.

Review the performance of our products or services specifically.

Which ones sell the best, which ones are a bit slow.

Maybe there are products we can promote latvia phone data more, or services that need to be improved.

Always focus on what customers like and want.

Analyze why sales are declining or why customers are less interested.

Are there product, service, or perhaps marketing issues?

Once we find the cause, we can find a solution.

This is important! Always look at the comparison between the targets we set and the actual achievements.

If we set a high target, but don't achieve even half of it, maybe we need to reflect on what went wrong.

We have to adjust the target to be more realistic.
After all the analysis, make an action plan.
