From the perspective of working people, support from employers needs to be improved. One in four people working from home (23 percent) complains that they have not received any support and do not even have a smartphone or notebook from their employer. For most, however, things are looking better: the majority (61 percent) were provided with a notebook, three in ten (29 percent) received a monitor, and one in five (20 percent) received a smartphone. One in three people working from home (32 percent) report that their employer has set up a platform for employee exchange. One in four (27 percent) is supported in self-organization, for example through guidelines. 13 percent have been able to take part in special training.
Majority in favor of tax incentives for home offices
