Lecture

A modern teaching method is video lessons. Its use does not require a separate room, and there is no need to negotiate with the teacher. For study, it is enough to provide free access to video materials for all staff, and each employee will determine the most convenient time and place for classes.

Scientists have long proven that vision and visual memory are the most important in a person's perception of reality. Therefore, when using visual aids and video lessons, you can count on good results.

But there are certain disadvantages here too. This method is designed for the average listener, without taking into account the individual characteristics of each, and also does not provide the opportunity to ask questions and discuss details with the author of the educational video material.

Distance learning

Distance learning is another modern method that has become widespread due to its convenience. Theoretical material and practical assignments are sent via the Internet, and the depth of assimilation is determined by tests and quizzes.

Classes can be held in a group or individually, in the office or at home, at any convenient time. The effectiveness of the system of training personnel at a distance depends on the level of consciousness and self-organization of the employee.
