DR: When did you realize that a company like Heura Foods was needed?
Marc Coloma: From a very young age we have led social, environmental and animal rights activism initiatives, seeing first-hand the need to renew our obsolete food system. However, we wanted to go one step further.
In addition to empowering today's consumer with data on the impact of meat, we wanted to offer 100% plant-based, sustainable, healthy and tasty products, and that is what we work on every day at Heura.
