Usability and User Experience
This terminology, which is not clear to everyone, means only one thing in our case: the site must ensure the speed of the user achieving a certain goal set by the conversion marketing specialist. UX is an assessment of the convenience of the interface and navigation on the site, which is subjectively formed by the visitor.

If you have difficulty searching for a product by section, then most likely the purchase will simply not take place.

For fine-tuning, it is best to seek ios database help from a professional advertising agency. But it is not cheap. Therefore, we offer recommendations that can be implemented independently:

Main menu design. Evaluate the convenience, functionality and content. The following items should be mandatory on the marketplace: products; payment and its methods; delivery options; contacts; FAQ (answers to frequently asked questions).

Product range. Create groups of similar products. This will significantly simplify navigation - the user only needs to go to the category he needs, and not search for the product throughout the site. The best, most convenient scheme: Group - Subgroup - Product tab.

Search settings. With its help, the buyer will quickly select the lot he needs.

Optimization of search filters. Offer the client to sort products by specified criteria: cost, size, brand, size, etc. This allows to increase the efficiency of selection. After all, it is easier to navigate in a list of ten items than in a list consisting of a good hundred positions.

Optimal placement of conversion buttons (CTA). Their design and location should attract attention. They often have captions: "Buy", "Order", "Pay". Recently, there has been a move away from a strict imperative, so marketers advise giving more neutral names: "Add to cart", "Postponed", etc.

Duplicating CTA on the website

Create sales descriptions. Listing the benefits of a product or service in detail will increase conversion.

Subscription to products. Not all customers are positive about this option. If there is a need for this function, then the process should be transparent and as simple as possible.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
USP is the foundation of any marketplace. The buyer is recommended something special that competitors do not have. It is better if the offer is clear, attractive and brief. Having read a competently presented USP, the user should immediately want to make a purchase in your store.

Objectives of a unique selling proposition:

demonstrating your competitive advantages;

management of consumer behavioral responses;

expansion of the customer base.

Stages of creating a USP:

defining the target audience;

competitive market research;

assessment of your capabilities. You can conduct a SWOT analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses. Working in this direction will help you gain tangible advantages. The ideal option would be to offer something truly unique;

customer base analysis. Determining the needs of customers, their preferences and desires can be done by using questionnaires and studying reviews on social networks and
