In our experience, educational institutions often use a folder plugin to manage multiple components of their website and organize them for different groups of users, from articles or teacher course materials to student records and other sensitive information.
For example, a teacher might have created uae phone number list different folders for course content, but would like to hide them from students who haven't yet reached that level of the course. They can select this specific user – without affecting other users of the same role – and set them to the "no access" setting option.
A senior teacher can gain access to "view and edit" folders to prepare relevant grouped files for students.
#3. Businesses of any type that want to give limited access to employees or customers
Regardless of the nature of your business, you may want tighter control over employee access to your website, including folder settings.
Users from the management team can be granted full "administrator" access to manage folder settings, including the ability to create, delete, copy, paste, rename, lock, move, and delete folders. Staff can be given more limited rights.
Imagine you have an online store and for better organization you place orders into different folders based on order status. If you have staff, such as a WordPress store manager user role, you can allow their user role to "view and edit" folders, so they can navigate orders between existing folders, but they can't make any further changes to the folder tree.
