How to look smart in every email and become an office hero

Post by bitheerani319 »

Ping, ping, ping!!!!! The notification bell on my phone rang, and the sound indicated that an email had arrived. Nothing bad would have happened, because emails arrive all day, if the clock hadn't shown midnight and a few minutes past. I laughed as it went through my head – who do you think you're fooling with this email? While my second thought was – someone wants to win the employee of the month award.

The truth is, if you send me an email at an inappropriate time of day or night, not only will I not read it, but I will not have the best opinion of you. Let's leave aside Tim Cook and Meghan Markle for a moment, who send estonia whatsapp list all night. You are neither Tim nor Meghan, are you? Because if you were, you wouldn't be doing the work you do and using cheap methods to convince yourself and others that you are very valuable and busy just because you send a meaningless email after midnight.

Are you expecting applause? You won't get any, at least not from me, and here's why.

People who send emails late at night:

They indicate a lack of good time management skills. You know, you had all day to send that email. By sending it way outside of work hours, you're not showing anyone that you're hardworking, you're proving to everyone that you're lazy and disorganized.
They give the impression of being calculating because, why would you send an email to your boss at midnight if you don't want your boss to think you're insanely busy with work (bonus tip: if your boss was stupid enough to fall for that trick, he wouldn't be your boss)
They give the impression of forgetful people who slap their foreheads before going to bed and remember that they didn't send that email when they were supposed to.
There is also a nice feature that every e-mail has, which is that the e-mail can be programmed to be sent to the desired person at the desired time. Maybe you are familiar with it? If you send e-mails at odd hours then I assume it is.
What you need to give yourself is an A for your hard work and uninnovative way of thinking. How else can you show everyone how dedicated and hardworking you are when you don't show off your genius during regular working hours? By mastering the art of writing and sending emails and fooling your opponents and convincing them of your qualities.

The art of writing and sending emails is a practice that is learned and studied until it is perfected. There is no room for mistakes, you only have one chance to send the person in question a perfectly written and programmed email because you don't get a second chance to make a good first impression.

To save you from having to struggle and rack your brains too much, I'll give you some useful tips on how to master the art of writing and sending emails so you appear smart, impress your boss and colleagues, and earn a promotion you would never otherwise have earned through your own abilities and hard work.
