Tweet_baristaI have to say, you did a great job. It was really fun, tasty and educational: I could fire all my questions at you. You let me taste different coffee grinds from different machines, including the models that were also on my shortlist. I am now in love with one of them.
Stage 4: From Deciding to Owning
After some comparison, again on the internet, it turns out that my love is about 10% more expensive with you. I list to data think that is just a bit too much, even though I prefer you. I know you personally by now and decide to send you an email and explain this. I get a response fairly quickly. You do not change the price, but you do give me an extra year of warranty, three flavors of espresso to try and a descaling set if I buy the device from you. I make the decision: you have a deal.
Stage 5: From Owning to Experiencing
I am in seventh heaven. What a great machine! I proudly post a photo of my first homemade Italian Latte on my Facebook page. Many more will follow. After a week you call me. You want to know if I am satisfied. “More than!”, I say. “But as a Barista I still have a lot to learn.” You point out the tips that I can read on your Facebook page. You emphasize that I can always ask you for advice.
My device and I live happily ever after. If I have any questions, I will send you a tweet or an email. If I have to descale for the first time, I will read the instructions on your site (much clearer than the user manual). Through the newsletter I receive recipes, offers for new types, invitations to tastings and clinics. You even organize an excursion to one of the oldest coffee roasters in Italy: Filicori. I also receive a request to participate in a short survey about customer wishes and satisfaction. I decide to participate, very simply on Facebook.
