With over 500 visitors, we are welcomed by chairman Samuel Driessen in the Jaarbeurs, for Congress Intranet 2013. He explains that the organization has thought carefully about the theme of this edition. The result: at this Congress Intranet we put people first.
Because: an intranet is technical, functional, but is also used to help people, employees, to satisfy them, to ensure that they can do their work. So that the organization can also be satisfied. And, says Driessen, we notice at the same time that it is difficult, to focus on our employees, our colleagues. How can that best be tackled?
The day promises a fair number of speakers, in plenary and break- list to data out sessions. And besides listening to the stories and knowledge transfer of speakers, it is also a day of meeting. So, he advises: use the day to ask each other questions with all the expertise we have with so many visitors. In this article an overview of the presentations I attended. Many of them were in English, so here and there you will find a mix of English and Dutch.
