To send SMS messages in Passteam , you need to log into your personal account on our website.

Then go to the mailing tab.

Select the desired mailing type. In our case, we select SMS mailing.

Then enter the text of the message you want to send to your customers. Add personalization using variables. For example, “name” at the beginning of a sentence or specify the current balance of points on the customer’s card.

You can send the mailing instantly or schedule it for a specific day and time. To make a delayed sending, click on the schedule mailing button.

In order to save on mailings, before sending you can create separate segments of clients with and without cards installed in the phone. You can create separate segments in the client list tab - follow the link and try to create a separate segment of clients right now .
You can create your own segment using filters in the All Clients tab.
Using filters, select clients who have a card installed in Apple Wallet/GPay – you can send push notifications to these clients.
If you select clients who do not have a card installed, you can send them an SMS mailing. Thus, by segmenting the client base, you can send both SMS and push mailings.
