How can all this be placed in 4 m²?
We have already said that bathrooms in Khrushchev-era buildings are best decorated in a modern style.
Classic furniture made of natural wood is not suitable for small, poorly ventilated rooms with high humidity. Another matter is modern and minimalist models made of MDF, high-quality plastic or glass.
Advice: such material as chipboard should not be line data when renovating a bathroom in a "Khrushchevka". In 2 years at most, the purchased furniture set will have to be replaced with a new one, and the apparent cheapness at the time of purchase will ultimately cost a lot.
Furniture should be compact and, if possible, multifunctional. For example, a cabinet above the sink with mirrored doors: you can store the necessary care products and look at yourself during cosmetic procedures. The space under the bathtub can be rationally used as an additional storage section.
It is better to choose a corner pencil case. And even better, replace it with open glass shelves, placing them above the bathtub.
Hanging furniture is much more practical and will last longer.
Cabinets of a laconic form, without complex decor, with light glossy facades will allow you to visually enlarge the room. Furniture with chrome fittings is needed, other materials will quickly lose their appearance in a humid environment.
"Correct" plumbing
What should be the design of a bath in a "Khrushchev"? Corner asymmetrical models made of acrylic are ideal - they are comfortable to bathe in and take up little space.
