Selecting a running gear

Post by aminaas1576 »

For sandy and semi-sandy soils that have high bearing capacity, a combine with a wheel undercarriage can be selected. For sticky and semi-sticky soils, a combine with a track undercarriage is better. In addition, for backpack combines with a wheel undercarriage, the harvesting tools can be removed in the off-season and the tractor can be used for transportation; in the busy season, it can also be equipped with a plow, harrow or rotary cultivator for field work. However, combines with track undercarriages are special combines with a low utilization rate. Buyers should also think carefully when purchasing.

Choosing a cleaning method
Rice harvesters can perform several processes such as harvesting, threshing and cleaning at one time. They are highly mechanized, and the grain harvested is mostly clean. They should be given denmark number data priority. In some areas, due to economic conditions and the influence of traditional harvesting methods, people have long been accustomed to harvesting, drying and then threshing. In this case, rice harvesters can be considered.

3. How to use the combine
Before harvesting, check that all parts of the combine are in good condition.
Drive the machine into the field, then move the grass separator bar to the working position, lower the grain receiving platform, move the grain discharge flap to the open position, hang the grain bag on the bag hook and drive the machine to a vertical position towards the ridge.
Adjust the machine, set the dust control handle to the "standard" position, set the auxiliary speed change handle to the "high speed" or "low speed" position according to the crop condition, and set the grass discharge handle to the "cut grass" or "discharge grass" position.
Lower the header so that the front end of the divider is 5-10 cm above the field surface.
