There is no call to action

Post by nusaiba130 »

You have written a good commercial proposal, in which you described how great you are, how you are better than your competitors, what a great product you have and how much it costs. But that's not all. A correctly composed commercial proposal should contain a Call-to-Action, or a call to action. At the end of the letter, you should invite the client to contact you by phone, reply by email or in a messenger. Sometimes, if appropriate, you can add a discount or a special offer that is valid for a limited time. This will push the client to complete the deal in a shorter time. Remember that a commercial proposal is only one stage of the sales funnel. It is important that the client moves on to the next stage after studying the commercial proposal.

You can write a great commercial proposal that does not contain any of the above mistakes, but it will still not work if the sales manager does not fulfill his duties. As my experience shows, most often this happens when he is overloaded with work and he physically does not have time to track the path of the commercial proposal and get feedback on it from the client. However, there are also careless employees. Where would we be without them!
