"Throwing" bills is a separate puzzle: it is not clear where the bills come from and where they end up.

In addition, the dealer can pay only half and issue the remaining amount as a credit loan - this data is in 1C, but the dealer does not have it, which creates a certain confusion.

The booking system allows you to issue invoices in the program itself, and the invoice comes through 1C. If the dealer pays part of the amount, the order shows how much more needs to be paid.

All documents are in one place. Therefore, invoices are duplicated through the system, i.e. the system sees that an invoice has been issued in 1C: it enters the system, and then flies off to the mail.



Orders via excel (product catalog)
If earlier all dealers made orders in an Excel file, now all information on them from the plant goes to 1C. This saves managers' time, and the plants get an interface in the system, where it is visible what orders the dealers made.

For this purpose, the "Order List" was created. All orders ever iran consumer email list made are stored here. For each order, the order number, the factory order number, the order type, the time and other data are indicated.

In the "Order List" you can:

set up display type;
find an order by its number;
filter orders (for example, by order period, by employee, by legal entity, by order type, by amount and status);
work on a separate order;
make a copy of the order;
make a new order.
