Tell us a little about your career path. What do the marketing of ECO MARKET, Watsons, and Rife have in common?
A bank is also retail in some ways, well, there is definitely a part of retail. I think that what these companies have in common in their marketing is the presence of great teams with a great sense of humor, I am always lucky with them. Also, in all these companies, marketing is focused on supporting business indicators, sales. This is marketing focused on traffic, the client, so to speak, “nobody but us”. Usually, the corporate structure is built in such a way that there are those responsible for the margin, there are those responsible for operating expenses, but for the client – “nobody but us”.
What awards in your career are you proud of? Just like that, you close your eyes and immediately get inspired.
I am proud of the sales goals I have achieved, and I am incredibly proud when my NPS pakistan rcs data (Net Promoter Score – a consumer loyalty index) increases.
Speaking of NPS, how often do you go down from Olympus and go out into the street to talk to a live customer to get feedback from consumers?
Especially now at Rife I listen to feedback endlessly, including from acquaintances. With retail it may be a little different, it is not such a sensitive issue for people. But a bank is a financial institution that deals with money. This is important for the client, and here everyone is happy to give feedback.
