Although sometimes labour market data refers to Spain as a whole, the truth is that the different autonomous communities that make up the country have their own peculiarities. That is why, a few months ago we told you, through this infographic , which are the territories in which the experience required to work is greater: Catalonia, with 3.8 years on average, La Rioja and the Basque Country, with 3.5 years both. And today we want to reveal to you which autonomous communities have the happiest workers , according to the 'Adecco Monitor of Opportunities and Satisfaction in Employment'. For the first time in the history of this analysis, Cantabria is the community that rcs data iran the ranking, with 6.4 points, which represents a year-on-year increase of 9.9%. For its part, Madrid , which had led the ranking since the beginning of 2008, drops to second place this time, with 6.2 points, after losing 6.7% year-on-year. In third place we find the Valencian Community , which climbs two places with respect to the previous year (+7.3%), reaching 6.1 points.

As for the autonomous communities with the lowest scores, the Canary Islands return to last place , where it had already been in 2014. It obtained a score of 4.4 (-3.1%), which means it is one position below where it occupied a year ago. The deterioration in the level of employee satisfaction in the Canary Islands allows Castilla-La Mancha , second to last in the classification, to advance one step compared to where it was a year ago. In this sense, the score for Castilla-La Mancha improves by 2.4% year-on-year, reaching 4.6 points. Third from the bottom is Galicia , despite having increased its score by 0.4% (up to 5 points), due to the greater increase achieved by Asturias.

To carry out the analysis of the 'Adecco Monitor of Opportunities and Satisfaction in Employment', Adecco has analysed 16 different variables , belonging to five fundamental areas in the work environment of people: remuneration, job security, employment opportunities and professional development, work-life balance, and workplace conflicts.
