Growing your business isn't just about hiring more staff or achieving a higher profit margin. To do so, you must apply a rarely discussed but key concept: scalability in marketing.
Because scaling your business is also a matter of ensuring that your marketing department can focus on what is truly important, leaving all those less relevant tasks in the hands of automation.
What is scalability?
Scalability in business is the ability of businesses to grow continuously and to be prepared to increase their size without losing quality in their product or service offering .
Scalability in marketing will use techniques associated with this discipline to achieve the increase I have spoken of.
If you think about it, few companies start out with offices in state-of-the-art buildings in the center of a big city.
Most (if not all) start out small, a small-scale professional activity or hobby that turns into a profession.
However, when things are going well and the business starts to gain momentum, things cannot continue to be done the same way.
You can no longer keep your accounts on a napkin, or issue invoices one by one, or call email database suppliers on the phone to place a new order.
The solution? Automation of tasks and processes.
In my recent professional activity I have come across a product that I knew little about and that I am completely in love with: business management software or ERP.
This type of software is useful for almost anything that has to do with the scalability of a business: it streamlines procedures, automates tasks, provides real-time information and, above all, prevents human errors resulting from doing things on paper napkins.
Well, the same thing happens with marketing.
