All companies can (and should) have their CSR plan with the Adecco Foundation

Post by bitheerani319 »

Although there are more and more companies committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the truth is that in Spain there is still a long way to go. Especially with small and medium-sized companies, which sometimes feel that they are not capable of implementing a program rcs data middle east of this type in their organizations. But there are no more excuses: the Adecco Foundation has presented, within the #RSCParaTodos project, the guide “#RSCParaTodos. High Impact Corporate Volunteering Plan” .

This is a tool that helps both SMEs and large companies in Spain to design and implement their own Corporate Volunteering strategy , fully integrated into the Social Responsibility of the company. As you can imagine, the objective of this publication is, firstly, to enable from the start the creation of a strategic corporate volunteering program, sustainable over time and linked to the identity of the company. And, secondly, to offer a global and comprehensive vision of the important role of Corporate Volunteering within the organization.

Thus, through eleven simple steps, the tool offers to value and provide a strategic character to those actions in the field of Corporate Volunteering that, in many cases, are still carried out in isolation, without exploiting the potential they have for both the company and society. In this sense, the Adecco Foundation assures that “having a high-impact Corporate Volunteering strategy brings a series of benefits to the organization, both externally and internally . ”

In this sense, on the one hand, at the corporate level it allows the company's values and culture to be consolidated and transmitted to employees, and is also an excellent opportunity to enhance leadership capabilities and improve dialogue with Stakeholders. All of this impacts corporate reputation, both internal (pride of belonging, identity, etc.) and external.
