Six at RD Summit 2022

I don't think there's a correct answer to this question, but I can say that it's a lot! It was 3 days of immersion in the world of marketing and sales. 3 days of consuming quality content, listening to and being enchanted by big names in the market.

Do you know the Disneyland of Digital Marketing? It’s the RD Summit, at least that’s how Forbes referred to the largest marketing and sales event in Latin America.

In general, the RD Summit is an event that has been taking buy mailing lists uk in Florianópolis/SC since 2013. In its last in-person edition, in 2019, it reached 13 thousand professionals from all over Brazil. In a format with multiple stages and tracks, the event promotes the integration of high-quality content, impactful networking, business, technology and much more.

The content is aimed at those who wish to improve their knowledge in both operational processes and management in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Technology, Business, Personal Development, Finance, Customer Experience and Customer Success.

Well, that's how RD Station describes it, but I took the liberty of describing the RD Summit through my eyes, as someone who participated in one of the editions of the event in 2018, as a journalist, as a marketing analyst and mainly, as a human being.

Marketing, sales, strategies, results and numbers

Who doesn't want to increase their followers? Or triple their sales? Right? And RD Summit 2022 brought all of this: tips, content and tools to help you evolve and grow within the segment, whether as an agency, as a CEO, as a salesperson or as an influencer.

In fact, there was a lot of theoretical and practical knowledge on the subject, some strategies for us to adopt in customer service, or to apply in the management of our processes, or even to improve customer results.

And we developed this based on this knowledge, with a lot of study about the client, their objectives and goal setting. But one of the key issues addressed in several lectures was: before numbers and strategies, we need to understand that behind all of this, there are human beings, we are people creating for other people.
